More Progress on Daisy Offerings.  This picture does not do it justice at all.  Row #1 on Page 7 is completely finished now.  I am so glad.  Now I am on a roll...hooray.

I take my gridding out each time I start to stitch a 10 x 10 block.  This way my gridding won't get caught in my stitching which it has so I just take it out when I am stitching within that 10 x 10 block.  I stitch a 10 x 10 block one at a time from start to finish.  There are tons of Confetti in this pattern and that is why I only do one 10 x 10 block at a time from start to finish.  Otherwise I would be totally lost and the edging would not look right at all.

My Book that I am currently reading is called "Friday Barne under Suspicion by R. A. Spratt.  This is a Hard Back Book which I got from my favorite Library that I go to alot.  I am also reading "Desert Heat" by J. A. Jance as a Kindle Book on my Tablet.  I am also reading "Centaur Rising" by Jane Yolen.  This is my own Hard Back Book which I bought at a Library Book Sale long time ago.  I am not going to go to anymore Library Book Sales because I am trying to read what I bought from the last two Library Book Sales.  I am buying some of my Books that I want to keep.  Actually I prefer to buy my own books period.  They are not marked up, they don't smell like Cigarette Smoke, and they are in excellent shape, the corners of the pages are not turned down.  I am a very finicky person when it comes to how my Books look.  I have always been that way since I was in Elementary School.  My teachers always taught me to respect a Book and not tear it up or mark in it or use Sticky Tags or turn the corners down - use a Book Mark.  I take my time in reading my Books - I am not running a Reading Race or anything like that.  If it takes me a whole year to read one book than that is fine with me.  Reading is suppose to be enjoyable and not a race to see how many books you can get done in a week's time.  I want to enjoy the book that I am reading and take my time with reading my books.  My Library that I go to I am allowed to keep the books for three weeks with two renewals.  I love this.  I only get one book at a time from the Library.  I would love to check out a whole lot more than that from my favorite Library but I don't.  One Book at a time for me.  This way I can take as long as I want to read it within the guidelines of course.  I have never ever been late in returning my Library Books.

The weather has cooled way down and I am so glad that it has.  I can now Breathe and have fresh cool air come in through the Windows.  I would love for my brother to take out the Window Air Conditioner out of the Living Room Window.

Well I think that is all for now.....

Thanks for taking the time out to read my Blog, and to leave comments.  I really appreciate each and every one of my followers.  You are such a inspiration to me.  Thank you so very much.

God Bless You

  1. Lovely stitching as always Linda. I agree with you about respecting books. I hate seeing books with the spines broken and corners folded.

  3. I like to keep my books in good condition too. Some of mine look as though they haven't been touched even though I have read them.

  4. I try to protect my books at all times! I would rather have hardback instead of softcover because the spines stay nice longer.

I could never get the hang of gridding. My floss always gets in the way!
