Railroad and my Spring Project - Spring Showers by Ursula Michael - Wed March 2, 2016

Progress - Tuesday March 2, 2016

When I started to unpack my boxes this is the very first unfinished project that I came across and so I decided to start working on it again.  I dearly love this design - it is so very Springy looking and the colors are so very bright.  I am stitching this on 28 Count White Lugana using DMC Threads.  Of course you can see who else is in this photo - my spoiled child - Mr. Railroad.  Yep he just had to be in the picture as always.

I am almost done with my unpacking the boxes.  I just mainly got my dishes to unpack and some other things and than I will be done with the unpacking.  Than I get to hang up my pictures, my brother is going to put up shelves for me, and than I will have my Private Library/Craft Room like i want it.  He is also going to put shelves up in my bedroom too.

We got a Ice Storm, than we got a Snow Storm about three days ago.  Than yesterday we got another Snow Storm.  Now tomorrow which is Saturday we are getting another Ice Storm and than another Snow Storm.  Than starting on Monday - Wed we are getting rain and the temps is going to be in the 50's.  I just love Ice Storms - NOT!

I am also Crocheting on my Afghan too and I am almost done with this.  Than I have another Afghan to finish up and its a Granny Square Afghan.  A lady who lived in my previous Apt Bldg gave me all of her crocheting stuff and she had these real pretty green Granny Squares started so I want to finish these Granny Squares up, make more of the same or almost the same colors and make it into a Afghan.  This lady gave me her Crocheting stuff on the morning that she went into the hospital and she died in the hospital.  I will always treasure this Afghan for the rest of my life and the Granny Squares that she had done to get her Afghan started.  I really miss her. She was a very sweet dear elderly person and so very kind and so very dear.

I have all of my Craft Magazines in my Closet - I am going to start making a project out of the ones that I got picked out from the Magazines and once I get that project finished than I am going to get rid of the Magazines.  I cannot have that many magazines in my closet.  My closet is not that big.  The only ones that I am keeping is Stoney Creek and the real old Cross Stitch and Country Crafts - I think that is the name of those real old magazines.  The ones that has the Amish Scene in it.  I am keeping my Precious Moments Pattern Books as well too.  I got most of those too.  The rest of my magazines I am going to get rid of once I get the projects done in the magazines.  I also have Quilting Magazines too and I am going to get rid of those magazines too.  I just can't keep these magazines and I don't have no room to put them either.  My Craft/Library Room is not that big.

I am not sure what I'm going to do today...I do know that I am going to read some in both of my books and Stitch on Spring Showers.

I want to thank you all for all of your Comments and I also want to thank my new Follower for becoming a follower of my Blog.  Thank you so very much.
