Dear Friends
This past Monday a good friend of mine took me to my Oral Surgeon in our City and I was put to sleep and got two top teeth pulled - one on each side. My Oral Surgeon is fantastic. I just love him. He is so good at what he does. I was put to sleep for this. I was given Laughing Gas first and than I was given the regular Anathestic. I was out like a light and the next thing I knew I was awake. He put me in the Recovery Room for a while. Than my friend and I stopped at CVS to get my Meds and than we came on home back to my place. He did have to cut me open a little bit to get my one tooth out and he put in a stitch or two. The Stitches dissolve on their own. I have been eating very lightly and been drinking water and gingerale. I was half sick to my stomach on Wed from all of the Anathestic and the Laughing Gas that I was given but I kept drinking Gingerale and that helped a lot to settle my stomach down. I took pain pills for about the first four days and now I am not taking the pain pills. I am still taking my Antibiotics though. I still have quite a few of those left to take yet. My mouth is still sore yet and I just have to watch what I eat. He told me that it will take a long time for those two places to get completely healed up and I believe it.
READING NEWS:
I have been reading like crazy since I have been recuperating from getting my two teeth pulled. I am reading "Chapter & Hearse" which is Book #4 in the Booktown Mystery Series by Lorna Barrett. I ordered Book #5 which is called "Sentenced To Death" from Barnes and Nobles. I am reading this whole series. I read Book #1 in the Physical Format. Books 2 & 3 I read on my Kindle. I prefer to read a series in the Physical Format. That is just me. I will be done with reading "Chapter & Hearse" today. I am going to order Books #2 and #3 from Barnes and Nobles so I can have the whole series in the Physical Format.

WEATHER NEWS:
My area has been getting storms since Thursday. We are suppose to get storms the rest of this weekend. This is okay cause it is good reading weather. I love the sound of rain especially at night.
