Happy Thanksgiving

Dear Friends

I want to wish all of us who are celebrating Thanksgiving here in the USA a very Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you.  I hope that you eat lots of Turkey and all of the trimmings and spend it with your families.  We have a lot to be Thankful for this year including me.  I am so blessed to have my family, friends, church, and without them I would be totally lost.  Lets all be Thankful for what we have material wise and Family wise as well as our friends.

I am getting a new computer thanks to my computer expert brother cause the one that I am using now I only have 2 GB of Ram and that is it.  That is not very much.  My CPU has been acting up really bad lately so its time to get a new computer.  Him and his wife lives about an hour away from where I live at.  They will be coming sometime after today.  I am hoping tomorrow so I can do what I want on my computer.  I have a desk top computer.  One of these days I am going to break down and get me a Lap Top Computer.  I need one really bad...when you have a broken foot or a broken leg its hard to keep getting up and down all of the time when you are suppose to be staying off of your foot.

I dearly love Lang Calendars....I just put my order in through Lang website for next year Engagement Calendar as they call it.  Its the smaller wire bound calendar and its the same one that I got last year called Bountiful Blessings.  I just love this Calendar.  If you want their website here is their link:

http://www.lang.com

They also have the regular size Calendars,  Christmas cards, note cards...and other things as well.

I have been saving all of my Photos onto DVD's.  I have saved close to 5000 so far and I am not done yet.  I am trying to get them all saved before my brother and his wife comes.  I am also saving some of my patterns too that is on my hard drive.

If you don't hear from me for a week or more you will know why...it will be my brother's fault...LOL....well I have to blame it onto somebody you know...seriously though he is so good at doing computer stuff and I am so very thankful that I have him in my life as a brother who fixes his sister's computer whenever she has a problem.  I would be totally lost without him.  I don't have to pay for anything either.  That is how generous he is.  He taught himself too.  He didn't go to school for this or anything else.  He read books on it and he knows everything about computers that there is to know.  I love my brother and his wife too.

I am going to spend the day stitching, and watching the Macys Parade in my jammies.  I decided that today is going to be jammies day since I am not going anywhere - I should say I can't go anywhere due to my darn foot.  I will also be saving more photos onto DVD's too.

My foot is about the same...I go back to my Orthopedic Surgeon on the 15th of next month.

I have been stitching on Autumn Splendor this week...the leaves are almost done...YEAH!  I should have them done this weekend.  I am waiting on thread to come in so I can start stitching on Rocky Mountain Christmas again.  I ran out of the one color.  I ordered several stash items from my LNS.

We are suppose to get some light snow today and maybe tomorrow.  Just a few flakes here and there.

Everyone have a Very Blessed Thankful Thanksgiving Today...

God Bless You
Love & Prayers
