Happy March 1st

Hello Dear Friends

     Happy March 1st!

I ended up taking my Orthotics out of my shoes and I have been wearing my shoes without my Orthotics.  My foot has been doing a tad bit better.  Once I get new Tennis Shoes - Good Walking Shoes - than my foot problem should start to go away.  My Tennis Shoes that I am wearing - my foot doctor took out the very bottom part of my shoes out so its like walking on cardboard.  Hopefully I will be able to get new shoes sometime this coming week cause I need a new pair really bad.  I am walking flat on my feet too and not on the side of my foot like I was.  I think my Left Orthotic almost ruined my foot and of course he didn't say anything about getting new ones either.  Once I get my new shoes I'm going to see how my foot does and I am hoping and praying that my foot will get back to being normal again cause I really want to go out walking starting this spring through fall.  My feet are doing better without my Orthotics so I'm going to leave it at that unless I continue to have problems.  If my foot is still hurting like it is after I get my new shoes than I am going to have my family doctor do either a regular x-ray or a MRI on my foot.  My feet has never ever hurt as long or as bad as my left foot has this long.  I will keep you posted.

I went to the Library yesterday and was there for almost two hours - I am reading all of Diane Mott Davidson's Series - The Culinary Mysteries.  They are good.  I love her books.  I have the first three of her books in her series.  I am getting my books from the Library.  I am going to read all of hers until I have read the last book of hers that she wrote.  I am almost done with Book #1 which is Catering To Nobody.  Than I am going to read Dying For Chocolate and than after that is The Cereal Murders.  After I get all of these read than I will be reading all of Joann Fluke Books.

We are under a Winter Storm Watch/Advisory starting today through Monday Morning.  We are suppose to get anywhere between 3 and 6 inches of snow.  The heaviest part of the snow is going to be tomorrow morning (Sunday) between 8:30 a.m. and 12 noon.  Of course because that is when the church services are at my church.  I hope it isn't so bad out that we can't go.  I love my church and I don't like to miss unless I have to.

I haven't been stitching much...usually toward the end of February through the first snowfall of the Winter I read more than I stitch...I love going to my library and just sitting there reading and watching the people getting their bags full of books and believe me they do.  The Librarian told me yesterday that there has been lots of people that came in yesterday and got their bags full of books due to the snowstorm that is coming today and tomorrow.  I saw two ladies while I was there and they both got their bags full of books.  I have four books myself and that is the amount of books that I get at one time is four books.  Through my Library we are allowed to have up to 100 books at one time and we get to keep our books for three weeks.

I am going to be spending the day reading my books.

Have a Beautiful Weekend...Thanks for all of the beautiful comments.  I really appreciate each and everyone of you.  You are all a Inspiration to me.

God Bless You
Love & Prayers

  1. Happy reading, the library is such a great place to sit and people watch. It always amaze me the choices people make when they choose a book.
