WIP's Photos

100_8830 - Grandfathers Barn - Designer - TIAG - Marilyn Leavitt Imblum - 9-6-2013

Grandfathers Barn by TIAG - Marilyn Leavitt Imblum.  Stitching this on 14 Count French Cappucino which is a really soft material and I dearly love stitching on this material.  I got the material from my LNS.   I dearly love this pattern.  I also have the Companion that goes along with this called Grandmothers House I think.  Its Grandmothers something.

100_8831 - Rocky Mountain Christmas - Designer - Marty Bell - 9-6-2013

Rocky Mountain Christmas by Marty Bell.  I am still on Page 1 yet.  This is going really slow due to all of the Confetti Stitching that is in this pattern.  I still enjoy stitching on this though and making it come to life.  I stitch on this every morning while I am having my Coffee.

I had to take Mr. Railroad to the Vet yesterday and I really like my Vet place.  They are so wonderful with pets and they have treated me really well since I've been going to them.  Railroad has Bronchitis/Asthma so the only way to get rid of it is to have him get his Steroid/Cortisone Shot.  He is also on special food now from the Vet's place.  He has to go on a Diet.  This morning he has been eating his new Diet Food both Wet and Dry both which is good and I'm so glad.  I am mixing his food in with his regular food so he will get use to eating his new food and wean him off of his regular food and just give him his Diet Food in about 6 days.  Today he is doing much better...so far no Asthma attacks and I am so glad of that.  I am going to call my Vet up Monday Morning and let them know how he is doing and tell them that he has been eating his Diet Food along with his Regular food.  He is only allowed to get 3/8ths of his Wet Food and only a cup of his dry food - this is his Diet Food that I'm talking about.  He can have 3/8ths of his wet food starting as of this morning and than about 1/4 of a cup of his dry diet food along with his regular food for today.  Now tomorrow morning I will give him more of his Dry Diet Food and less of his regular dry food.  In November I will take him back to my Vet to get his shots and his annual check up.

I'm going have to call my foot doctor tomorrow morning (Monday).  I'm having trouble with my right foot due to my Orthotics.  My foot has been killing me with these new Orthotics and its just my right foot that I'm having trouble with.  As soon as I get my foot straightened out than I want to go over to my church and do my walking exercise.  My left hip hasn't been hurting lately like it has been but the bone in my hip still hurts though.  I have been sleeping pretty good at night and I am so very thankful for that.

I put a order in to my LNS and I ordered two magazines - Stoney Creek, and Cross-Stitch and Needlework plus some DMC Threads.  I can't wait til I get my two magazines.  These are my all time favorite ones.  They have really good patterns in them.

I am reading a book called "The Mystery Monster Mountain" by Alfred Hitchcock.  So far it is really good.

God Bless You
Love & Prayers
