Rocky Mountain Christmas
Designer - Marty Bell
Stitched on 28 Count Blue Jobelan
Threads DMC 2 over 2

I am really enjoying this piece...I love the pattern and I dearly love the Material of Jobelan.  I stitch on this every day and there are some days that I don't get to stitch on this very much but at least I get some stitches in every day and that is what counts.

I am not stitching on anything else at all.  This is my only piece that I am stitching on.  I am trying to get this one done and get it framed by Christmas but I don't know if I will make it or not.  I hope I do.

I had a very busy week this past week so my stitching got somewhat neglected.  This week is more promising so I should get a lot done on RMC this week.  I hope anyways.

I went over to my church yesterday and I got my picture taken for the Pictorial Directory for my church.  I took really good pictures this time and they turn out really good.  I really like them all and it was hard to choose which ones for the Church's Pictorial Directory and the ones that I want to hand out.  I had 6 different poses to choose from which was really nice.

Thursday Night I found out that my Alkaline Phosphatate Level has dropped 40 points.  This is part of your Liver Enzymes and this has to do with your Bones only.  It takes a special blood test to find out where your Alkaline Phosphatate Level is at.  Mine has been extremely high for the last 6 years and as of Monday that has come down from 180 to 140. Monday is when I went to get my blood test.  What a drop.  I was never so happy in my entire life as I was Thursday Night when I found this out.  I have not been taking nothing for it,  and I have not changed my eating habits at all...it just came down all by itself.  Both of my doctors were very concern about this because it kept going higher and higher each time I got a blood test and it has finally came down.  All of my Levels are starting to come down now and I am so very thankful.  I do believe that Prayers has something to do with this because I have been praying about this for a very long time. My prayers got answered.  Sometimes you have to wait for 6 whole years for a prayer to get answered but it is well worth the wait.  I Love You God.  Thank You so very much for answering my prayers.  I am so very happy.

I will be spending the day stitching on my beautiful project today and I will also do some reading in my book.  I am reading "The Reluctant Ghost" by Sheila Rosalynd Allen.  This book is really good.  I like it so far.  This is a Library Book that I got from my all time favorite Library in the big city.

Have a Beautiful Weekend
Love & Prayers
God Bless You

  1. Rocky Mountain Christmas looks so nice! I'm sure you will finish it by Christmas, since you are not stitching on anything else. Thank you for commenting on my blog but I couldn't write back to you since you have no-reply.
