2 x 1 Full Cross

I am so very happy - Pages 1 - 10 is Completely Finished Now....Yeah....I am so happy about this.  Since this photo was taken I have moved onto Page 11.

Now I am on Page 11/36 Pages.

I love how this is turning out.  The Flowers are very heavy confetti stitching and I have more of them to do...YIKES.  But that is okay though.

I only stitch a 10 x 10 Block from start to finish before I go to the next 10 x 10 block.  This is my way of keeping from making mistakes and getting lost.  I do not use Pattern Keeper...I get the Hard Copies from Heaven And Earth Designs and I mark off where I stitch on Paper using a Red Gel Ink Pen.  I have been doing it this way for years.  I do not care how many stitches I have stitched or how far I have gotten or how fast I have stitched.  To me this takes the joy out of Stitching.  I take my time in stitching on my projects.  I am in no hurry to get them done.  Sitting down and stitching for a while is a joy to me without counting or how fast I am stitching.

Hope that all of you are staying safe during this COVID-19 Virus.  My State is under lock down.  We are allowed to go to the grocery store and to work and to Restaurants to get take out food.  I have been staying home myself stitching and reading my books.

Take Care - Stay Safe - Be Careful

God Bless You

  2. Awwww...this looks precious Linda! I have never done the type of stitching that you do (I do the good old cross stitch on linen)...but 36 pages of pattern sounds ominous LOL. I, too, stitch for joy...never has been a race to me....and that's why I could never do it for a living...it would strip the joy from it. Yes, we are on lock-down too...doesn't really make a difference in my world as I am used to being alone and at home...and have plenty of projects (fun and otherwise) with which to amuse myself. Stay safe and well ~ Robin
