Thank You

Dear Friends

I want to thank you all so very much for all of the comments on my stitching and on the previous posts.  Your Comments are so very inspirational to me and I enjoy reading them.

It has rained during the night...I love a quiet spring rain and listening to it is very soothing to me.  Yesterday as I was looking out my Patio Window I saw two Squirrels in the big tree playing with each other.  They were on the other side of the tree so I could not get a good picture of them.  It was fun to watch them play on their tree.

I have been stitching on both of my projects...Rocky Mountain Christmas and Autumn Splendor.

Next week I am going to be ordering some material from House Of Stitches in LaPorte so I can start another project.  I took a Photo and I turn it into a Pattern.  It is a picture of the Full Moon that my friend took not too long ago and it is just beautiful.  It has the Blue Background to it and I can't wait til I get it started.  I am going to do it on 28 Count White Lugana.  It is going to look so pretty when I get this one done.  I already have the pattern printed out so I just need to get the material and the threads for it and away I go.  I am anxious to get this one started.  I am going to wait til August when I go back to my hometown for my High School Class Reunion to get the material for "Me" when I was 3 years old. I will also get that at House Of Stitches in LaPorte.  I got the pattern ready to go...I just need to get the material and the threads and it will be ready for me to start too.  Hopefully by August I will have either one or both of my projects done.

Here is their website if you are interested in ordering from them...they are fantastic and their framing is super fantastic....

You can order online, you can email them, and you can phone them.  They are fast and they ship all over the world.  I just dearly love this place.  Each time I go back to my hometown I make a visit.  They are only a half hour away from my hometown.

It is 4:45 a.m. this morning and I am waiting on my coffee to get done perking as I call it....I love my coffee when I get up in the mornings.

I finished reading "Dying For Chocolate" by Diane Mott Davidson.  This is Book #2 in her Culinary Mystery Series.  I am now up to Book #6 which is called "Main Corpse".  I am going to take a break from reading her series and I am going to read something else for a while.  I ordered two books from Amazon called "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte and "Divergent" by Vicky Roth.  I will get these on Thursday and I a can't wait.

Everyone have a beautiful day....

Happy Stitching

God Bless
Love & Prayers

  1. I love Jane Eyre - one of my favourite novels. Are you going to show us the picture of you aged 3? Would love to see it.
